The Convenience Caterers & Food Manufacturers Association (CCFMA), originally established in 1965 as the Mobile Industrial Caterers Association (MICA), is dedicated to the best interests of the growing $5 billion dollar industrial catering industry and to a commitment of excellence in service to catering truck operators, the food service industry, and the public. CCFMA is an international association representing food service professionals who are anxious to improve mobile catering operations.
