The Fall Trade Show in Dallas/Fort Worth Texas was a giant success! Thanks to all of our exhibitors, sponsors and attendees, we had a great turnout. Russell Westhoff and his staff at United Caterers did a wonderful job of hosting the event and pulling off a great show!

During the event, there were tours of three catering houses in the Dallas area, an expanded trade show floor, great speakers and plenty of down home fun for everyone.
Keep your calendars marked for the upcoming Spring Meeting, which will be held in Las Vegas in conjunction with the NAMA Spring Expo April 16-17. More details to follow.

We all know the economy has been less than prosperous, and especially during this difficult time, we urge our members to take these opportunities to grow their business in this challenging economic situation. Our conferences and trade shows are meant to keep us all on track and to give an open format in which we can share best practices, tips and other information with our fellow friends and industry peers. The CCFMA officers and board of directors are committed to this organization and to making sure that we carry out our objective to create better business practices and more prosperity for all members. There are hundreds of years combined experience in this association. Let’s all take advantage of it!
